Yoga for a Balanced Body, Mind and Spirit

I’ve been practicing yoga since 2009 and teaching since 2014. I currently offer yoga instruction for individuals and groups. Inspired by my studies and experience in Hatha, Vinyasa and Prime of Life Yoga, classes are tailored so all students may experience the full benefits of each session.
We’ll bring awareness to your body. Work toward increased flexibility, strength and stamina. Focusing on your overall wellbeing. Sessions can be gentle, restorative, therapeutic or challenging. Yoga is accessible for all, but may not be easy. Whether new or well seasoned, you’ll receive hands-on personalized care and guidance supporting your journey. I’ll help you cultivate balance, compassion, mindfulness and inner harmony for your body, mind and spirit.
Come join me in an existing studio session. My current teaching schedule is: Monday’s 5:45 am and Tuesdays 9:00 am at One Flow Yoga Studio in East Sac. Monday’s 9:00 am at Rise Wellness in the Pocket.
